All I can say is that I have been impressed in every respect and will definitely consider buying again. The pen is beautifully made. Solid construction without being overly bulky or heavy. Excellent quality of finish and with a nib that works perfectly. I have used a lot of fountain pens over the years, but I cannot remember ever using one that is so smooth and pleasant to use. It really does make writing joy. As well as a superb product, the service was excellent.
