I bought this teapot on clearance at Home Goods, but when I got home I realized there was no lid - I contacted the company to buy a replacement but when they heard what happened, they said it wasn't my fult and sent me the lid for free! The kettle heats up quickly and looks just beautiful on my counter. I thought so highly of them, I bought another tea kettle for my niece!
