Missing screws

I got my purchase and going through it realized that a bag of screws were missing so I emailed them to let them know what i was missing and 2 weeks later i got a response only asking what i already told them in my first email, them heard nothing back from them so i got on instagram to message them again a couple of weeks ago and again nothing.
