I was so excited to put my order in but then heard nothing from Pink Nade after the initial order confirmation, I was getting anxious as I had bought these for Christmas presents. It could be completely coincidental but after roughly 2 weeks I reached out and suddenly on that very same day my order miraculously got sent. I understand that this was a very busy time and perhaps my order had been misplaced, we are human after all. What I didnt appreciate is that they never responded to my email explaining what had happened, a simple sorry would have gone such a long way. The earrings though are gorgeous!! I love all my pink nade earrings and there was such a great variety.
