Bought a larger size so my daughter can hopefully get 2-3 years out of it. Love the bright colours, lining on the inside and fur on the hood. Love that it comes with a neck warmer too

Fits perfectly as per length/weight. Very warm, keeps dry. the extra straps inside by the shoulders to keep the top up while not on, is a favorite for my grand-daughter. She loves it!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality & Service.

I ordered this snowsuit on December 2, and it wasn’t shipped until December 7. It arrived only a few days before Christmas damaged, with a 10 cm slash over the knee – clearly no quality control. I also ordered a matching hat, gloves and now I’m being told I cannot exchange the snowsuit for the same product, only return it. This is unacceptable. I was excited to support a Canadian kids’ store, but this experience has been frustrating from start to finish: slow shipping, damaged product, and poor customer service. Offering only a refund instead of an exchange for a defective item is not good practice. I will think twice before ordering again.
