I’ve been using a multi‑directional shoulder brace and found it pretty uncomfortable overall. The design gives good support in theory, but in practice it’s hard to wear for long periods. The straps dig in, the fit feels restrictive, and it doesn’t sit well once you start moving around.
In my case, it’s even harder to tolerate because of my shoulder issues — the brace puts pressure in all the wrong spots and becomes uncomfortable fairly quickly. It might work better for someone with a straightforward strain, but for more complex shoulder problems it’s not ideal.

I am very disappointed with this product. I am a dentist, and now 6mths post surgical rotator cuff repair.I am an average size male, and was recommended by the specialist to purchase this for the purpose of squash and snowboarding. Firstly, I am a medium, but after reading the reviews, bought the "large size" as others complained about the fit. Even the large was far too small, is too tight, hardly manages to attach, and feels like you're in a straight jacket. It is far too hot to wear for any active sport, as you overheat very quickly. I am unable to wear it and would certainly not recommend it.

Right shoulder brace
I am happy with the shoulder brace and the only problem I have is I ordered a large size which I get on all clothing I have. I am only 73 kilos and 1.7526 metres high. I find it very tight to get the vest around me, which only just connects with the two sections after a hard stuggle.
