Alora Balance Flat

These shoes came shipped wrapped in a piece of plastic. All scrunched up with weird Bendy seems in them. The glue is evident on the sides of the shoe and I typically wear and 8 1/2 to a nine. I ordered a nine. My toe is shoved up against the end. They’re not coming in a box with any kind of packaging. Return label, or way to assist me.

Not the product pictured. They send a cheeply made product from China. Very diffent shape and poor quality. Arrived in bubble wrap and not even in a shoe box. Terrible returns policy. You must pay for returns to Canada despite advertising themselves as Texas based. Very scammy.

Terrible customer service!! The size was way smaller than expected. No response in a request to return. Stay away!
