Marquise Cut Solitaire Ring

I had to reach out to the company because it had been two weeks and they haven’t shipped my ring. When i finally got it, it came defected. I reached out to them because their policy states they will replace defective items. They said they will send me a tracking number as soon as they ship out my replacement. It has now been two weeks and they have neither shipped my ring nor sent me any kind of updates. I have reached out to them, but they are ignoring my emails. It is extremely frustrating that i had to reach out to get them to ship my item in the first place. And now they aren’t staying true to their word. I would purchase somewhere else.
