I am sorry and to my disappointed with pay paid for this shoes, it is not as comfortable as I would hope it to be. Sad to say.

The delivery was surprisingly fast. However, the item is too small, so I will need to return it. Customer service responded quickly, but I will have to pay for the return to get a different size. They should have covered the return costs given the price of the item, which is a downside.
