Great quality
Love the quality of the leggings. Very soft and nice vibrant color. I would recommend sizing up. My daughter is 14 months, typically wears 12-18 month on most brands, size 2T for Cat & Jack from Target. I ordered size 2T and are snug on her. Dresses 2T are TTS as they fit her a little loose. Will continue to purchase
