The owner, Mandi, was exceptional! I had received my item but it had a small defect with the pockets so she immediately sent me a return shipping label at no cost to me and allowed me to exchange it out. Not only did I exchange it because of the defect but I was also able to switch from a Medium to a Small. How nice and kind! The abaya does run a little bit bigger than normal to me so I would suggest going a size down. It's nicely made with fine materials. I would definitely shop here again.
