Mum loves it! Easy Action, quiet, colour fits perfect in her lounge, good value, very pleased with customer service and good delivery. Easy to put together, backrest slots on chair part, then add a few castors and away. Package a little on the heavy side so best with 2 people to put into place. All in All a very happy mum!

The chair itself,is fine & easy to assemble,but the delivery was shoddy! Had one email stating the order was shipped. A few days later a delivery guy just showed up on my doorstep,with absolutely no pre-warn of delivery for that day. I had ordered on behalf of my elderly neighbor & asked if he could take it nextdoor to her house..he refused! So i had to man handle the 45kg chair myself to nxt door. So in summery,.chair ok,.delivery process,awful !!

Great chair. We had problems with the delivery but the customer service guy was very helpful and rectified the situation very quickly.
