While this bag is adorable, I had a slight issue after first use. My initial contact with customer service was not as helpful as it could have been; however the company did reach back out to me and corrected the issue. I really appreciate they stand behind the quality of their products and show they care about their customers. I love the design of this bag and its perfect size to carry just what I need.
