Jessica is my Favorite!
This book was so good! The danger elements don’t come in to play until later in the story, but I was so invested in the emotional drama between Reese and Weston now they are back in the same town in nearly 20 years. Once the danger elements started, I could not put this book down. This book is awesome!
I received an ARC of this book from the author and was not required to post a positive review. I also purchased my own audio copy of this book. All thoughts are my honest opinion.

Gets better and better
I’ve really enjoyed reading Jessica Ashley’s books. In fact they’ve kinda ruined me from reading non Christian literature. Her stories are very well developed with twists and turns and they don’t follow a pattern. So you really don’t know how it’s going to end, except you know it will end to make you feel good about it! I’m looking forward to reading more.

Heavier Read, but Powerful and Poignant
I admit, that even in the other books, Weston was not a character I was drawn to. The surly, silent, angry type has always turned me away, but after reading his personal story, I finally understood him...and ached for him. Jessica Ashley masterfully weaved the story from hopeless hurt and brokenness, to the slow building of a teetering bridge... she had me hooked! I initially was concerned it would be a 1-sided blame like a lot of romance novels, but I should know by now Jessica wouldn't do that! As always, the fullness of faith, grace, mercy, love and healing always amaze me. She is gifted from God!
