A great response to hesitant start

Acoustic panel enquiries dealt with well. Ordering was easy. Arranging a delivery date was easy. Delivery delayed twice (once at the warehouse and then by the courier). Both times Soundstop were superb in getting answers and ensuring delivery. On the plus side the delivery driver was great in getting delivery where I wanted (due to very narrow streets). Panels are now awaiting a volunteer team to install them.

Great tech advice and customer support

Before sale tech discussion on acoustic design and fixation was excellent. Ordered 24no. 1200x1200 panels for a commercial cafe/reception. Manufacturer shipped the wrong colour but Soundstop arranged next morning delivery of the correct items and also the collection of incorrect items. My once boxy room looks both excellent and has a much calmer/quieter environment for customers. Thanks a lot.
