The Taka sunglasses are truly exceptional. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality of the materials are all as close to perfection as one could hope for. For me, they are the best-fitting Masunaga frames I’ve ever worn — though, to be fair, every frame from the brand is outstanding. Yes, they come at a premium price, but when compared to many well-known brands that charge even more while offering far less in terms of quality and refinement, the value becomes very clear. These are timeless sunglasses that, if properly cared for, can easily last a lifetime — even be passed on to the next generation. The only minor downside (more a personal preference than a flaw) is that they come with non-polarized lenses. I prefer polarized lenses, so I chose to replace them.
