Once again Great art work, layout, quick start guides for players and DM. A good number of CR17-CR24 critters for high level play. Vengeful Doormat is a hysterical alarm system for any baddie. Vengeful crab bowl to "Enliven" a meal at the inn. Monster parts section is awesome! Have been using my own rule set for this since D&D 3.0 came out! I also include "How" the monster was killed into account. Quickly, use of slaying arrows, power word kill (ie death magic) removes "Magic" from the parts. Which results in the DMG Dragon plate armor with out any resistance or immunities. Use of Bane weapons knocks off immunity, but leaves 30 points resistance and for every 25% of damage inflicted by bane weapons drops the resistance level down until it hits the DMG item. They can re-enchant resistance, but not immunity. When the PCs need venom or blood, for Anti-venom, or break a curse. The party really has to THINK about how to achieve their aims!

I love the book (pdf for now). Great variety of monsters and concepts. Great visuals and layout. I love how the monsters are presented, with lore, anecdotes, the picture, and obviously the stat block. I'm only half-way through the book but I'm having a great time reading it.
