The product doesnt work, the idea is great but the ice just falls out of the tray, it cant balance as the ice melts so it just tips over. I asked for return/refund and they didnt approve becusee the product got wet, lol. Its only $50 ok no problem, but its the principle, i wouldnt support this company in the future.

For the money it’s awesome. I don’t have space for an ice bath so this is great!
