No deeplink redirect possible to open an app

We were disappointed with this product as the link we added was redirected through a server, which prevented it from opening the intended app. The redirect caused issues, and the functionality didn't work as expected. We reached out to Support, but their response was brief and offered no alternative solutions. They did say we could return the product, but all shipping costs would be at our own expense, which was extremely high in the first place from US to Europe. I'm sure it's a great product for others, but unfortunately, it didn’t work well for us
