Amazing a customer service!
I bought this for my kids’ friend. Unfortunately, I made a typo in the child’s name on the adoption certificate, and WWF made a real effort to ensure it was delivered before Christmas so it could be given as a present. Thank you for the quick response and for all your effort and support!
