Super cute! Thank you we love it

My dog usually wears between 14-18” collars, but this was insanely small. I’ve tried to do the return process but I haven’t heard back, and it’s difficult for me to drop it off somewhere due to my disabilities. For something as expensive as this, it’s not worth the money. Plus, customer service were rude and unwilling to help. Pretty upset by all of it and just want to return it instead of dealing with this company anymore.
