Relief Tea.

I have had this tea with my breakfast instead of my usual black tea,for three days now and loving it.Can't say it is doing anything yet. Perhaps I need to drink more of it through the day.

Lovely winter evening tea

With the cooler months, I’ve found myself longing for a spiced tea. I’ve been really enjoying this Kunzea relief tea with a dash of local honey, milk and 2 cardamom pods to help slow down and warm up in the evenings. It’s lovely without milk also.
