It was a bit challenging when I first reached out but ended up just terrific. Perhaps you could assure people if they open packages then can still return. It’s a bit vague.

Love the lamps. Great light and easy to move almost anywhere. When our power went out during a recent ice storm, we carried our lamps all over the house. They were great.
