Unresponsive customer service

First of all, the reason for giving one star in this review is not because of the product which I have used for 2 years with my German Shepherd, but for the lack of customer service. I like to handle a lot of business email instead of phone calls because of how busy my schedule is, and have sent two emails to this company and have had zero response after 2 weeks of sending them. The reason for sending the emails was that they sent the wrong product to me instead of the product I ordered. The product they sent to me my German Shepherd cannot have because he is allergic to fish and cannot have anything with fish in it. The product that I did order was a vegetarian product with no fish in it which was not sent. I am disappointed that I cannot get anybody to respond email to get this problem corrected. I will not be ordering from this company or this product anymore as I have found another product with very good reviews as I will be purchasing that from now on. It's really a shame that nobody would take the time to answer an email.

Thank you for making this product in a vegan version. I'm so relieved to be able to buy something that helps my dog's arthritis that doesn't harm other animals! And my dog really likes the taste.

Well, you sent me the beef version. Tried to return via mail but the uspo questioned liquid contents..so no review since I don't have the veggie version. Thanks for asking Pat Linton
