I was quite surprised to see there was only about an inch (maybe an inch and a half) of actual lead (which is very very thin)in the eyeliner. I think it’s very overpriced. I really don’t want to give it stars but I see I don’t have a choice. I do want to shop Canadian and I’m reluctant to rate this. The fact that it’s a Canadian company means a lot.
