Best Toner

I go back and forth between this and Tata Harper Floral Essence, but this is my favorite. It has a lovely scent (the normal Agent Nateur scent) and a bit of a slippery feel. Pairs nicely w/Holi C, Holi Lift & Holi Oil, goes wells with other moisturizers and facial oils too.
