While using this brand for many years regretfully I need to comment that there was a change happened to the either ingredients or to the overall quality control. The product used to be a powder, while now it is consistently coming with lumps in all new batches I ordered. It became more difficult to mix it with water, yet the major issue is the colour itself. Using Dark Brown did not make it brown of any kind but consistently copper-chestnut regardless I wash it off with just water, no shampoo, or conditioner. Before they introduced Dark Brown even just Brown was quite efficient. Then few years ago something apparently happen where brown colour was out of reach. I had some expectation that with Dark Brown they would 'fix' it yet any batch I received was clumped and resulted copper-chestnut outcome of initially partially greyish hair. I did connect with they company yet they could not comment, suggest anything. They issue with clumps suggest at least that the powder was exposed to moisture, and while it packaged in paper, it may still leave impression it had clumped condition yet before it was packaged. Upsetting to see the quality degraded as based on consistent outcome.
