I have been buying products from Suvarna for quite a long time including It's Pure hair colour. It has always been a good quality product and, although I have not used it for awhile, I can only hope that it still is and will stay this good. In regards to customer service, it is one of the best in the world, always responding to emails and always polite and full of kindness. I wish all companies were like this. Anna.
