I thought i was ordering from a Houston, Texas boutique. The order came from China and if you want to return your item, it has to go to Canada, which means high shipping and tariffs. They will give you a 20% refund and you keep the item as one of the return options. The dresses are very poor quality. Will never order from them again.

Polyester - hangs like a bag - not structural or fitted or any type of shape to dress at all - no swag on the bottom just a flat panel
