All t-shirts from this site are athletic cut, which is nice, but they shrink easily caising a 2 day hang dry only to prevent. Also even when properly shrinkage protection, out of the gate 3XL is a bit snug in the shoulders, arms & chest for 6ft 245lbs male. I wish they offered 4 & 5 XL like other bodybuilding clothing brands. Because of size limitations, I will be ending my subscription, as 3XL is nolonger comfortably functional in or outside of the gym.
