It was definitely bulk. I should have assumed the bulk was going to be from the unlimited set but, the hope the bulk was from 1st edition was there. The item description did not clarify which set. The packaging was 100% inexistent. The cards were shipped in a generic cardboard storage box with zero packing foam/bubble warp/paper etc... The card had plenty of room to move, shift, and scratch each other during shipment with USPS's wonderful careful touch. I will not be using this store for any future purchases of mine.
