After mutple conversations to get a clear idea of the final layout that we had in mind Ross tweaked the design until we had just what we wanted. We received the product in 10 boxes for a complete ceiling in a 3000 sq foot showroom , it seemed a bit overwhelming. Within the box was a perfectly explained picture layout with ever bar and style of connector accounted for . Once we got started and made sure that the first row was square to the room, we got very comfortable with process and the ceiling came together perfectly! To say that I recommend this product from this company is an understatement, kiddos to Ross and his team for tons of support and patience to get exactly what we wanted .
