Coconut Milk Bath Melt

I received a defective bottle and after contacting customer service they havent been able to resolve or process a return for me which is very annoying. Its a $68 product that came with a defective bottle cap. On the email I explained and even sent pictures and their answer was: “instructions on how to close and align a bottle cap” Laughable because clearly they dont want to take accountability on their defective item. Shelter skin already lost a loyal customer, if you want a business to succeed you need to either have your customers happy or have better quality control

The coconut bath is so hydrating. It has become my favorite bath milk.

This product is incredible. It makes my skin so soft. I live that they sell a refill for my beautiful glass jar! Great job!
