I had a wonderful time at Nevaeh Tea’s matcha tasting event! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was so much more than a tasting—it was an immersive journey through Japan’s matcha industry. The session was incredibly informative and highly visual, making it easy to understand the different cultivation, processing, and production methods. We sampled a generous variety of matcha, which really highlighted how processing influences flavor, aroma, texture, and color. What I appreciated most was that it felt like a genuine conversation rather than a lecture. The host shared deep knowledge while encouraging questions and discussion, making the experience engaging for both beginners and seasoned matcha lovers. My only suggestion would be to offer a morning or early afternoon session, as that timing would be even more enjoyable for a matcha tasting. Highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to deepen their appreciation for authentic Japanese matcha!
