Calcium Citrate Soft Chews

Perfect for me!!

I can never remember to take vitamins and supplements more than 1x per day and since it’s important to not ingest 1500 mg of calcium at once, these chews are perfect for me. I take one in the morning and carry the other two around to space them out. They taste pretty good , too.

When I inevitably experience my 4am wakeup, I at least have these to look forward to, waiting patiently for me. Pair with the Vit D³ for an extra sweet morning.

I like having a tasty treat while getting my calcium at the same time!
