Scent are nicely blended, not too strong. Very pleasant. Very good customer service. They answer to enquiries very quickly and has very good service recovery. Great to gift as gifts, with their nice gift boxes. The reed diffusers do not come with boxes at the moment. However, you can request for their gift box. Just be ready to pack more of their other lovely products into the gift box.
