I can confirm, although not 100% effective, this license plate cover will defeat Axon Fleet 3. I'm gonna be right back. I do believe that this would be 100% effective against floc cameras, license plate reader cameras, as well as red light or speed cameras. But I have no way to check that. based on the angles at which it defeats an axon LPR you would have to have a direct line of sight from plate to camera in order for it to be read. What you see with your naked eye is whatThe camera sees. I highly recommend this product. and will be buying more of them myself.

Since I put these covers over my plates & I drive btwn Brooklyn N.Y to CT. I was pulled over & got a "improper displayed plate" ticket. & when the vehicle was parked (in NY) it got the same ticket. These are no good, the have cost me more than I paid for them less than 25 days...SMFH
