I can confirm, although not 100% effective, this license plate cover will defeat Axon Fleet 3. I'm gonna be right back. I do believe that this would be 100% effective against floc cameras, license plate reader cameras, as well as red light or speed cameras. But I have no way to check that. based on the angles at which it defeats an axon LPR you would have to have a direct line of sight from plate to camera in order for it to be read. It doesn’t fully cover all the characters on the plate. The blurry filament film is installed off center or is too short. The first character of my license playe is only partially covered. I uave contacted the seller and received zero correspondence. No response to my email request for replacement of defective cover or offer offer to replace with another. Still waiting its been 1 month.
