Very disappointed with customer service. I wrote explaining that I never completed the order I started online. My sister told me she could get a better price for this product and no shipping. I tried to back out of your site. The next thing I know the product showed up at our house. I never entered any card for this order to be charged to. I’m assuming you used my info on file which again I did not agree to. I’ve asked that you remove all my credit card info from your files and to send me a confirmation that it has been done by email. To this day I’ve not had that confirmation. It leaves a bad taste about your product if this is how you do business. I have used this product for over 5 years. You can do better.
