The pants would’ve been fine if it didn’t have a black mark on them

These pants when I received them had a black mark on them I sent them back with a sweater that had a hole in it, and they did not refund my money back to original payment method. They tried to give me a New York company gift card and then they kept my shipping and handling. I don’t know what they have turned into but it’s all bad! They don’t even have a customer service phone number anymore. This is real shady! Refund my money in New York and company! 7.99 shipping charge!!!
