2000 Subaru Forester, bought the 85d insert. I was pleased at the decrease in shudder and general feeling that more of the engine power was going toward linear motion and not just causing vibration and shaking in the drivetrain. Can't say there is anymore noise, vibration or harshness than before. Feels like the difference between pedaling a full suspension mountain bike with the rear shock lock out turned off, overall less give in the drivetrain.

Easy install, no instructions came with the product. But it was pretty straight forward. Helped my lifted forester 2" anderson design vibration on acceleration, manual transmission. Good investment. Cheers.

Straight forward install

Significant improvement on my 6MT Outback. Helped with the initial clutch grab with far less deflection. Definitely feel less mush when starting out in the first couple gears. Car feels more predictable now.
