The only negative I have found is that the machine is not well-balanced once all of the wands are hanging from the back. Other than that... awesome. Easy to use interactive touch-screen with options/settings clearly marked. I printed the user manual and it has the steps for each treatment outlined for you. I can't say how well it works for fat rrduction as I have only had it long enough to use it a few times; I'm still exploring all of the options.
