Signature 2-Dozen Roses In Black Box

Awesome company! There was a complication with the delivery confirmation process (not their fault) and we received an email stating that, for the inconvenience, they would ship a duplicate order, free of charge. In this day and age of nonexistent customer service, this is above and beyond! The roses are vibrant (purple) and fragrant. Beautiful presentation and wrapped perfectly for transport. Our original order was for a birthday present; now, we have a second one to give to an elderly friend in hospice care who can no longer garden. It was so appreciated!
