Pairs instantly. Sounds surprisingly good. I own a shire beta 87 and a sE V7 and find this mic good for practice, busking, campfire jams or small impromptu gigs. Battery seems to last as long or longer than my NEXG2 guitar. So glad I opted for this accessory. Neat!!
