Empire Records - Unisex T-Shirt

The shirt is excellent quality and worth the money. The customer service, however, was absolutely next level! My shirt came in and it wasn’t quite right. A picture wouldn’t capture it properly. Instead of (rightfully) telling me that there was nothing at could be done, they sent me a replacement at a different size. To make sure I was fully satisfied, they also sent one in the original size. PLEASE support companies like this; that still value making high quality products AND making sure the customer is satisfied!

Great quality item! Order one size up though on these shirts. I am a Large in every shirt I own but an XL for this shirt fits much better!
