Upgraded EKPM3

A million thumbs up!

Was stranded in a Walmart parking lot because my ekpm3 was fried! Thanks to this awesome modification I can now get the fuel my car needs when it needs it without overheating!

Doesn’t work

My BMW 528i (2013) has had its engine computer modified by a specialist to use ethanol (E85). After more than one year using ethanol the low-pressure fuel pump failed. So I installed a more powerfull LPFP (walbro). At that time I couldn’t start my engine. Looking some videos to understand the reason i found that the controller of the pump, named EKPS, has also to be changed. That’s why I bought the upgrated EKPM3. After installation (just plug and play), the engine starts 2 or 3 times and then starting is no more possible. I have to wait for several hours before engine can start again. I will bring my car to a specialist next week ! (EKPM3 about 200 € + 40 € shipping + 80 € custom tax).
