Takes a couple of tries to fully inflate! Try inflating as much as you can at first, waiting overnight, puting the cover on, then inflating the reat of the way—even trying again as the ball losens up! I bought it as a “desk chair”.

Getting this fully inflated with the hand pump provided is nearly impossible.

Wish the strap wasn’t there and the color was a little more vibrant but I love everything else. Also makes a great desk chair!
