Mostly great bag

The magnet closure works great, the bag is secure to the bars, and there's so much room for snacks, bike tools, etc. So many pockets really allows me to put everything exactly where I want it. My only complaint is that with the stem length I have (110mm) the bar bag rotates downwards quite a bit, making the pocket face farther forward than up. No problems yet, but I have to be careful about making sure nothing falls out of the front, and it can be hard to see into with the direction that the compartment is facing. Other than that, no complaints.

Customer Service Next Level

My husband purchased this bag that started ripping at some of seams. He’d only used it a few times and the stitching had come apart at some of the straps. I took a picture and emailed customer service about what happened. The response I got was a shipping notification. They’d sent a new bag without any back and forth!! It was nice to work with a company that didn’t require endless communications proving the product was flawed. The new bag had a few differences, leading me to believe this company is committed to continuously improving their product. Well done!!

This bag replaced my old trunk bag, and I love the convenience of eliminating the rear rack. So far, it’s a sufficient size for longer adventures requiring food and layers. The color is stare-worthy, and the quality and design are top notch. I love all the details like the magnetic closure, the elastic strap for lashing more stuff on, the little side pockets, the adjustable placement of the handlebar straps, and the bright blue lining for ease of finding your stuff! All the stars!
