Heel gets Rubbed Raw

I love the 6-in lace up but the glue inside the foot bed is over powering and my boot inserts got glued to the foot bed. Also I have a blister on my right back ankle and the left one is starting to rub. I love the boots but maybe I received a bad pair. I had to replace my foot bed cushion because the one's that come with the boots are very very thin and have no cushion. The glue inside the boot heel area is very strong smelling and like I said glued the insert to the boots

Just received them today tried on in the house looking forward to wear them on monday to work seem ti be decent boots
