My son loves the tefillin bag. He was so happy with how it came out. We are also very thankful to the representative who called us to confirm the color of the name; we selected white because we thought there was white in the design (it was hard to tell in the online photo) but it was really silver. The rep wanted to make sure we realized there was no white, and we ended up switching the color of the name to gold instead, which came out great. We are very appreciative to the rep who called to confirm first - excellent customer service!
